Their repertoire includes arrangements of traditional tango, the music of Astor Piazzolla, contemporary pieces by Argentine composers, as well as their own original compositions. In these, they remain true to the essential elements of tango: rhythm, lyricism and emotional intensity. The music they perform bears the traces of that tradition, but is also shaped by their personal musical language.
Žan Milošič Dundek is a Slovenian pianist who studied classical music in Graz, where he completed two undergraduate studies. In Rotterdam he studied as an Erasmus exchange student with Bárbara Varassi Pega, head professor of tango at Codarts.
Tobias Kochseder is originally from Austria, where, like Žan, he studied at the conservatory in Graz. Besides classical accordion, from baroque to contemporary, he also plays jazz, pop, tango and Brazilian styles on various instruments. At Rotterdam's Codarts, he studied bandoneon with Santiago Cimadevilla.
